Let’s try our hand at growing flowers, she said. I’ve always loved them.

It began with a neat little row of sunflowers. As their bright faces bloomed towards the sun, Jennifer was hooked. In 2013, we birthed our beloved boy and began our little dream of a farm.

Mike was teaching for the Peace Corps in the Philippines in 2003 and looked out on the landscape from a long and tedious staff meeting. Behold, a peaceful sunset framing a farmer tending the earth and his animals. Mike decided at that moment to look into organic farming when he finished his service. He has been farming certified organic food since 2004.

Jennifer loves to cook and eat good, real food and enjoy beautiful, local flowers. She has long felt the pull of living closer to the land and began working for a certified organic farm in 2009.  Her floral design style reflects the abundance and natural beauty of fresh, local happy flowers.

Earl has been enjoying flowers and good food since he was born in 2013. He loves to be outside and supervise mama and papa's work.

We bought our sweet sixteen acres on the Eau Galle River Valley in Western Wisconsin in 2015. Flowers bring an abundance of beneficial insects and birds and diversity of soil food to our thriving land. You can bet our veggies are better pollinated and sweeter because of our happy, abundant flowers. We spend most of our small family farm income locally, so as you invest in us, we invest in our community. And the natural beauty of our flowers nourish the spirit of our community. It's a win-win-win for our community, and our family on our little piece of soil.

Thank you for your important part in our local, sustainable circle.
